2015 Morbark 40/36 Chipper. Hour meter reads 2,955 hours. CAT 765 HP engine starts and runs good. No dents on the belly. Drum pockets are in good working order, drum has some welds. Feed chain and sprocket show no wear, & hydraulics are strong. Chassis and frame are good, chute frame has some welding near blower. Tires and brakes are in excellent condition. LED display. 2010 Bandit 3590XL Whole Tree Chipper. Hour meter shows ~6500 hours. CAT C27 1050 HP w/ optional engine chip to 1370 HP. Engine runs and starts good. Hydronic engine preheated. PT tech clutch. Extended frame, to offset radiator from the engine. Hydraulic reversing fan which increases HP to the chip drum. Upgraded feedbox wall plates to 2" AR 450. Chip pocket upgrades, overs breakers. Overs breaker grates upgrade that bolt in at drum chute. The following upgrades were made at 6,467 hours. New brakes and bearings, new top side of chute, new drum belly wear plate, new infeed chain sprockets, new manifolds and studs 6,467 hours. 36+ inch chipping capacity. Chipper head is a Bandit 250XP, 2,500 hours, 12" capacity, chipper engine is a Cummins 6BT with 2,200 hours, 145 HP. Loader is a Nokka 3966 23' reach 3,000 LBS. lift capacity, All chipper functions are controlled in the cab. Chipper head can level up to 55%. Eco Tracks and Chains are included. Rail track system. Machine was rebuilt in contractors shop 800 hours ago including the following items: new wear plates, belly pans and head liners, new clutch, new in-feed rollers, wireless remote. Chute is in good condition. Dirt separator, this chipper is in excellent shape for the age, produces a very consistent chip. Set up for 7/8" chip currently.
